Policy of Integrated Management System

Given the competitive atmosphere, the company has prioritized the creation and implementation of a modern integrated management system under the international standards such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2004 , OHSAS 18001:2007 (IMS) , HSE. It was done in order to improve the organizational culture and institutionalize the principles and values based on quality orientation, customer orientation, the optimal use of resources and decreasing the costs and wastes, increasing productivity and making efforts to improve the processes continuously.

The company objectives include:

  • Earning a reasonable profit in order to increase the satisfaction of shareholders
  • Increasing the share of company in domestic and foreign markets
  • Preventing and decreasing environmental pollutants, safety dangers and environmental health

The company believes that the following solutions can be used to achieve the above-mentioned goals:

  1. Increasing the income of company’s productions by optimizing and upgrading the production lines of group’s subsidiary manufacturing companies
  2. Expanding the investments by collecting and analyzing the comprehensive and up-to-date information
  3. Allocation and optimal use of investing resources and available facilities
  4. Improving the productivity level of human resources through education and motivation
  5. Receiving the remarks and suggestions made by shareholders and employees for use
  6. Compliance with environmental regulations, safety and health
  7. Continuous establishment and improvement of effectiveness of the integrated management system

Since the above-mentioned goals can be fulfilled only through responsibility, cooperation, awareness, and scientific growth of all the employees, every employee is expected to help the management representative in this with the use of educations, compliance with regulations and execution of the codified documents. In addition to providing the necessary supports, yours truly will evaluate the effectiveness of the integrated management system and its continuous improvement in certain periods of time.
